Thank you for trusting us with your car or home. We want you to have the best experience with the least amount of inconvenience. To accomplish this goal, we need your help with a little preparation before our visit...

 

For Car Detailing:

• Free up a large parking spot & clear your driveway & entryway of snow during the winter.

• Remove all items larger than 1" diameter. Everything will be vacuumed out.

• We do not remove or reinstall child seats due to liability issues.

• Inclement weather, rain or temperatures below 32 degrees may delay or affect your booking schedule. During winter, we need your vehicle inside the garage.

For Carpet Cleaning:

• Free up a large parking spot & clear your driveway & entryway of snow during the winter. If there is presence of snow on the driveway, we would need to park our vehicle inside the garage so we can safely unload our equipment.

• Remove all breakable and valuable items from the working area prior to our arrival.

• We Love Pets too, always keep your pets contained in a safe place, they may trip from our cords.

• We do not move furniture due to liability issues, please move furniture or we’ll clean around it.
