Another repeat client!
Received an email from a client that his mother in law was coming over and wanted her Chrysler 300 to be detailed the following afternoon.
Priority was the interior but also suggested an exterior wash, light decon and wax to complete the look and feel. Client agreed.
True enough, during inspection, noted that the car have a lot of bugs in the front bumper and huge tar marks. One in fact stained the front fender.
On the inside, there were oil marks (oil change guy didn't do a good job apparently), food scraps and guess what - it appears to be mice droppings! I didn't see any gapping hole in the firewall so we were wondering how it came about. And it was under the car mats too! Oil change guy?
Lastly, I helped the client to hide the deep scratch. This is a body shop type of work as the scratch is deep that your fingernail would catch it.
