In today's detail, I received a call from Boston. She was interested in getting a detail for her parents who are based in Kalamazoo. There was a "mild non-bloody accident" inside the car and she wants it professionally cleaned for them. It was a surprise for them so she paid for it in advanced thru online.
On the day, I met these two lovely elderly couple. They showed me the car and where the accident happened. I quickly then inspected and then gave them assurance that I'll take care of it.
Being a detailer taught me which chemical or method to use in different kinds of situations. In this instance, steam and enzyme cleaners are a must. With the correct tools, you can work smarter and work efficiently.
Long story short, not only did I detailed their interior I was also able to help them wash and wax their vehicle! They were very pleased with the result when they saw it after. I posted their daughter of the outcome too!
